Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Gift Vouchers

Lappuccino are not obligated to provide a refund if you have changed your mind regarding the purchase of gift vouchers so please as a general rule choose carefully. We do however realise that a multitude of circumstances can arise so we have a refund policy that we believe is fair for both parties.

Prior to the purchased gift voucher being used we will:

  • Either transfer your gift voucher to an alternative option;

  • Or refund the purchase price of a gift voucher by way of a Lappuccino credit of the same value.

 

Refunds will not be in the form of cash or an electronic transfer of money. Booking fees are non-refundable.

After the use or part-use of a gift voucher no refunds will be provided for that voucher.

 

For any other reason outside of our control then Lappuccino will offer either a refund or an alternative offer mutually agreeable to both parties such as on credit.

If there are extenuating circumstance please either talk to the Manager on Duty or contact us.

 

Refund Policy – Food and Beverage

Lappuccino are not obligated to provide a refund if you have changed your mind regarding the purchase of food and beverage items so please choose carefully.

If you are not happy with the condition or taste of any food and beverage items that you have purchased from Lappuccino, or believe them to be faulty, please discuss with our staff immediately or contact us as soon as practical.

 

If our food and beverage items or service are at fault we will do our best to put things right or offer a monetary or gift card refund.

If there are extenuating circumstance please either talk to the Manager on Duty or contact us.
